For clarity's sake, the minimum hit rating required to land every Ability Attack (Yellow hits, like Sinister Strike or Eviscerate) is 9% Hit Rating. By picking up 5 points in Precision as quickly as possible, a Rogue can secure a solid 5% Hit, which goes a really long way in damage output. : Hit Rating is pretty much non existent until the later stages of the leveling process. In situations where the Rogue doesn't need to heal, this can still be a great tool, allowing the Rogue to Gouge and wait for energy to pile up!
With Improved Gouge, a Rogue can Gouge an enemy and cast a nearly full Runecloth Bandage, healing up a large portion of their health. Reducing the cost of Sinister Strike from 45 Energy to 40 is critical to this build, as it enables the Rogue to spam Sinister Strike more often, and on every second tick of Energy (which equals 40 energy).
With Thrash Blade or Dal'Rend's Arms, this build can transition into a Raiding Build very easily.

Ghost Recon Online very much looks and plays like a classic series multiplayer experience, though it's likely to feel a bit streamlined and compact by comparison. It doesn't have a single-player campaign or elaborate production values, though it is definitely a cut above what we'd expect from a game that can be downloaded and played without whipping out your wallet. This is an important caveat, because this free-to-play iteration isn't meant to replace the upcoming Ghost Recon: Future Soldier or other full-fledged premium releases.
